If, in spite of both our efforts, we would not find a solution together, you have the possibility to contact the disputes committee scag.nl where your complaint will be treated with the necessary care. As I am a registered professional therapist with the Dutch Professional Association for Hypnotherapists (nbvh.nl) I am automatically connected to that disputes committee.
Moreover, as a member of the www.rbcz.nu I am also subject to disciplinary law, which is carried out by the tcz.nu.
